Jennifer Zarouchliotis originally quoted me a three week timeframe, come to find out the standard is 5 to 6 weeks for engravings. In the end, it ended up taking two months to get my ring back and I was the one who had to keep calling to check on the status. When I talked to the man at customer service one of the three times that I called, he said he would connect with Jennifer to call me to see if they could do anything to make me have a good experience. I never once received a call back. When I went to go pick up my ring, the sales associate had no idea that I called so many times and even she was surprised when she looked at the timeframe of how long it took for the engraving, she only offered me her apologies. The ignorance and arrogance of this store has completely turned me off to David Yurman and the only good thing about the ring that I purchased is to remind me to take my business elsewhere every time...

I wasn’t sure I’d make it before the store closed, but I gave them a call, and they were incredibly accommodating. They understood the situation right away and went out of their way to make sure everything was ready for me. When I arrived, just before closing, the gift was perfectly boxed and ready to go. The presentation was beautiful, and the service couldn’t have been better.
What could have been a super stressful situation turned out to be a great experience, all thanks to the wonderful team at this location.
