I am giving this place a one star review, for two reasons. One is so that I can leave a review. The next is for the view. I went here with a group of friends on Saturday after my birthday dinner. There was a Hispanic bartender, and she was extremely rude and pushy. There was not a big crowd of people, and rushing us to place our drink order. There really was not enough time to even look at a drink menu. One of my friends asked for a Hennessey, and she yelled at her with an attitude saying that it was going to be $7. My friend told her that, that was ok, not a problem. The bartender acted horribly. On top of that Cloud Bar was not anything that they post on Instagram. They make it seem like it is a lively place. This place was dead, no excitement, no music. You probably would have more enjoyment at a funeral home. Do not waste your time an energy going here!
Now you may be tempted to go here if you purchased tickets for the Tilt attraction. Trust me that it was no better. The music to get upstairs to the attraction made you feel like you were ready to die. Nothing appealing, and if you have anxiety then good luck on the elevator ride. The wait to get into Tilt is ridiculous. Even if you have a ticket or a reservation the wait is extremely long. On top of that those employees are as equally rude. Now I am from here, and not a tourist. These employees are the epitome of why tourist think that Chicagoans are rude and obnoxious. Once inside the Tilt the person who was running the line was rushing people out from looking at the photos, telling people to hurry up, I need to move the line. The Tilt itself moves so slow, and when you are on it, it tilts you over to look at a rooftop. You definitely would have more excitement on your local ferris wheel.
Then once trying to look more at the pictures outside of the attraction we were told that the pictures were one for $25, and two for $30. When we made it downstairs to the gift shop to pick up our photos they put two in one booklet. We were not given a full description of how our photos were going to come. Then when we asked if we could get another booklet or frame, we were told that they closed down the register so there was not anything that they could do.
I swear that was my first and last time visiting 360 Chicago on the whole. Definitely not worth the hype or all that Instagram made it all seem to be. It was not worth the $50+ spent, and the $39 for parking. I can be harassed and belittled for free at my...
Read moreWe visited the Cloud Bar recently while in Chicago and it had beautiful, breathtaking and wanderlust panoramic views of the city. There were plenty of seating options available and they offer great accessibility ♿ for those who might need it.
The service was great 👍. Food and drinks are a bit pricey but you can also purchase packages to help with cost, plus the views are totally worth it. The food and drinks were of great taste and quality. There's also snacks available for purchase if you just want a quick bite. They have a wide selection of snacks and non-alcohol drinks.
There are areas where you can purchase souvenirs and an attraction to participate in for added adventure. Observation decks are also available for "selfies", family pictures, date night pics, friend pics, etc. There's fun for all ages.
We somehow lost our parking ticket and were in a bit of a panic for a moment. No worries we were directed to the parking pay station located right outside the elevator on each floor. We pressed the button and someone promptly answered. They simply asked for our plate number and printed a new ticket for us immediately. The day was saved! This was a HUGE relief because everyone knows how costly it can be if you lose your ticket in a paid parking garage.
Overall, we had a really excellent time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I'd highly recommend you visit them at least once for the experience. You'll definitely want to return. Next time we'll visit at night for a fresh, new take on an awesome place.
Have a great time and...
Read moreWow—360 CHICAGO is truly a must-see when visiting the Windy City! From the moment you step into the elevator and speed up 94 floors, you know you’re in for something unforgettable. The panoramic views of the entire Chicago skyline, Lake Michigan, and beyond are absolutely breathtaking—especially around sunset. You can literally see the city glowing from every direction!
The TILT experience added the perfect touch of thrill. It’s a little nerve-wracking at first, but once you lean into it, it’s so fun and gives you the best downward-facing view of the city. The bar area is super chill, too—I grabbed a cocktail and just soaked in the vibe while looking out over the lake. Everything felt clean, modern, and well-organized, and the staff was really helpful and friendly.
Whether you’re visiting Chicago for the first time or you’re a local showing friends around, 360 CHICAGO is worth every penny. It’s one of those iconic experiences that you’ll be talking about for years. I give it a full 5 stars and would definitely...
