We purchased an engagement ring in November 2024 and since then have had a terrible experience with Grown Brilliance. After 2 months, we’re finally getting to return a ring we never received.

Our ring arrived at the store with the wrong setting. The sales associate, Liz, said she would look into if it should be returned and repurchased or sent out to be reprocessed. She promised to call back the next day and never did. We later learned she sent the ring back to be re-processed without our consent and that it would be ready in 2 weeks. We then had to call for updates over the next few months. Each time GB would apologize for the delay and promise a call back, but never did. We finally learned, from corporate customer service, that the ring would need to be returned and repurchased, but we were past the 30 day return window and would only receive store credit, even though we never had the ring in our possession to be able to return it in time.

The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. We were constantly told they’d look into and escalate the situation, but each time we called the store or the corporate customer service department it was as if we were explaining the issue from scratch. I do not recommend shopping here.

1 star because after 2 months, we finally were able to work with Lacee at the store who has been kind, apologetic, and followed through with her promise to keep us updated...
