The server that serviced me was friendly Elizabeth as she always is it was my first time downloading the app and the cashier suggested that since I was purchasing two blanco nachos that when I register thru the app I would receive one automatically free so I went and ordered then I had to add a debit card to the app to complete the purchase to receive the free nacho and the cashier adjusted the tip on her side of the screen so that my total would just come out to 34.31 and I would be able to choose what I wanted to tip but and when she finally rang it up I accidentally used that same card and forget I did not want to use that card so before I could sign off on the purchase and get to the tip portion I asked for a refund to use a different card so she asked the manager TYLER to refund my amount so I could use another card Tyler refunded the amount but then recharged me the same amount but then when i went to just sign for the purchase mind you I never pressed the button no tip or custom tip I ONLY SIGNED and the total changed to $41.64 I showed Tyler he insisted that it was me that chose to tip that amount that they have no control on the amount that I chose I repeatedly told him that I did not choose any amount and that the cashier was able to adjust the tip amount before I even paid so why did he not do the same so at this point I just asked for my money back I disclosed to him that I haven’t gotten the food yet and that I didn’t want it I just wanted my money back all together he then said well you not gonna get your food assuming that I wanted any other services other than just my money was very rude and assuming and then presented to show me the screen of his he could have not adjusted the tip but when I showed him on the cashier screen it plainly shows that there is a button on his side that lets you adjust the tip before ending the order and he did not apologize for his mistake nor did he service me and was very rude about the whole transaction I will not be attending this location again if I am to receive this horrible service not only do I have to wait a few days to receive my funds I spent 75.95 in total and left out with nothing and wasted my free nacho blanco I received during this transaction because it was my first time downloading the app and I will not be able to use that again I am very dissatisfied with this interaction at this location (Gold coast) and I frequently visit this one no more...
