The Neighborhood Urban Gift Shop — Local services in Chicago

I came here twice within an hour, my first experience was not the best. The African American lady who was working there didn’t care to manage the checkout counter until I had to call her asking to run my items. She was huffing and puffing like she didn’t want to do her job, what she was hired for. I then come back to return one of the items, and found an Asian guy who was absolutely respectful, and professional, the 3 stars are for him working delightfully and serving customers with a bright attitude. They have lots of gifts for friends and loved ones. I’d come here again...
