Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Chicago

The best Victoria's Secret I've ever been to! I've had other VS bra fittings in previous years at other locations around the US, but the fitting by Nakisha was the most accurate, least stressful, and quickest. She clearly has a ton of experience and was even able to guess which bra types would be most comfortable for me just by looking! She had such a friendly and relatable personality too, which made me feel at ease in such a vulnerable position like being fitted for a bra. The very first bra she took out fit like a DREAM, and I was able to find a bunch that worked for me!

In fact, all the staff were kind and helpful, and I was asked by at least 6 different associates if I needed help with anything while I was there! I was blown away by the level of customer service, despite it being one of the busiest days of the year, during their semi-annual day-after-after Christmas sale. At the end, while I was waiting in line, I realized I had forgotten some on-sale slippers I wanted. One of the associates immediately volunteered to grab them for me so I didn't lose my place in line--unheard of!

I will be back I got 2 coupons get $20 off when you spend $50 regular price I purchase one bra felt so Good I had to come back and purchase another one. Having read other Google reviews for this store there definitely seems to be a recurring theme here: rude and unhelpful customer service. Unfortunately, I experienced the same during my visit.

All I did was ask for another size, and the sales assistant looked at me as if I had asked something unreasonable. She silently walked to the drawers, opened one, and walked off — leaving me to figure out that I should search for my size myself. Later, when I wasn’t sure where to pay, I approached her again. She continued chatting with another colleague and ignored me until I stood there for quite a while. When she finally turned to me, she said, “Do you want to ask another question?” I explained that I wanted to pay, and without a word, she just pointed upstairs.

Out of everywhere I visited in Chicago, this was by far the worst service I encountered.
