Wintrust Bank — Local services in Chicago

i banked here for a few years. i always had so much fun coming here. the staff here are always very professional and i always had so much fun talking to them. We always talked whenever we could lol. I remember my banker met me one time and a year later I saw her again and she still remembered me and what we talked about. i spent months trying to use their website and mobile app and they wouldn't work. I live in the suburbs and really needed those services, as this bank is like a 30 minute train ride away from my apartment.
