Update: The owner says that because of the Sunday fee ($7/person/hr) the room has a minimum payment of $25, but it was 2 people($7x2=14) for 2 hours($14x2=$28) so if that met the minimum requirement of the $25 base price for the room, then why did you instead charge $25 per person? I’m sorry but it’s still not making sense. If the minimum is $25 per person, then that would make sense.

And if that’s the case then you should edit your policy so it says “$25 minimum per person,” so future customers are aware that those are the prices for those days, not “$25 minimum.”

Original Review: My partner and I wanted to karaoke for 2 hours just to have a fun night to ourselves. The pricing online states, “$10/person/hr, min per room $35,” but was charged $55 for the two of us. Now with that math, it seems as though it would be $40 total for the two of us for two hours. When I asked about the up charge, they just stated “extra fees and taxes” but did not further explain where the extra $15 fee came from. I don’t think I’ve ever been anywhere that had added $15 in taxes/fees. I’m very sad because I love karaoke and have been here before, and enjoyed my experience. Went here with a friend and we both sing-screamed our little hearts out and had a blast! They have a nice selection of hits and underground, indie stuff as well. Look, if you've never sang "Girls Just Want to Have Fun" at the highest your voice can go, are you even really doing it correctly?? Also, an entertainment establishment that lets you bring in outside food and drinks (even the adult kind) should be more common. Kudos Karaoke...
