Five Guys — Restaurant in Chicopee

Horribly designed.

The food was very good, made as requested and it was made somewhat timely for being as busy as it was.

Whoever built this facility did not think things through at all. The setup is terrible! It's a very SMALL 5 Guys restaurant. It has to be crowded even before people start coming in. Everyone is squished together, with no consideration for personal space.

If someone sneezes at one end of this restaurant, every customer in there is probably exposed.

Everyone was trying to move out of the way of someone else if they were waiting in line, coming, going, throwing things away or filling a soda.

For the cramped reason alone I won't be back, no matter how good the food is.

With as many airborne diseases/illnesses that are out here right now, I honestly think this facility is a risky place to eat.

And this is an extremely busy and condensed area of the city, with so many places to shop at and it's right there in the direct vicinity of so many motels and travelers. It should have been designated for a primarily take-out crowd.

So my dissatisfaction is geared toward whoever...

This has more to do with the website and delivery than the food. I checked on the website and it said that they did delivery for this location. However I wanted to order my husband and milkshake with his burger and fries and there's no option for milkshakes online so I tried calling to see if I could do delivery through the phone and employee picked up and said they had no idea about that and no info so I asked to speak to a manager about it and they said I would have to place an order online and that I couldn't order the milkshake separately through the phone. I just wanted to brighten my husband's day but man was this annoying. Furthermore the website that said delivery is false come to find out that when I went to check out after hitting the delivery option it only gave me the options for pickup and curbside when I had selected the delivery option before even creating the order??? Please fix this and add shakes to the sight. I don't understand why it's on the menu in store but not on...

1st time here. Ordered a cheese burger combo...they do not sell combos..so asked for a cheese burger no onions large, large soda large fries, another cheese burger plain with large soda and large fries and finally a cheese burger no sauce no tomatoes, large fries and large soda...took it to go, too cold I side...what did we get we got 3 double cheese burgers plain...I guess the cashier did not say u have to ask for onions, tomatoes, sauce, etc. Fries..3 large containers with fries, he got the scoop and added more fries (awesome). Sodas, you get to pick what flavor yourself (awesome). For 1st times she should have said more then we don't sell combos, but should have said something when we asked for no onions or no tomatoes...
