Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Chicopee

This is a long and very over-due review, but I have been wicked busy this month, but wanted to be sure to allot extra time to write this stellar review!

TL;DR: If I could give service ten stars, I would!

The full story: My family always looks for the rare opportunity to go to a Chick-fil-A when traveling because we don't have any nearby where we live in NH. We were delighted to find one on the way home in Chicopee, MA, after a fun-filled day at Six Flags. We arrived at 9:20pm, with just enough time to order, eat and roll out before they closed at 10pm.

As everyone knows, Chick-fil-A's are renowned for thier excellence in customer service and as far as the dining experience went, this was no exception. We left the establishment well fed and happy to be on our way home.

That is...until we noticed our truck's headlights were still on. Uh oh. 😬 And sure enough, with a turn of the key, we discovered the battery was stone cold dead.😩 It was officially 10pm and the lot was clearing out fast.

But just like that, Chick-fil-A became Chic-fil-AAA.

One of the three young ladies we had seen taking orders in the drive-thru earlier was packing things up outside when she noticed that we had returned to the vehicle. "Battery dead?" she asked as she approached our truck and, "Do you have cables?" My husband answered in the affirmative on both accounts.

Without missing a beat, she radioed another employee and described the situation, then turned to us with a smile, "Jake will be out in a minute to give you a jump!"

And before you could say "eat more chicken" ...out comes Jake, in his blue Dodge Charger, no less. 🤣 Chick-fil-A out here doing the Lord's work and making jokes while they're at it. It took a few minutes to get charged up, but soon we were on the our way again, profusely thankful for the extra, after-hours service. At no point did any of the staff make us feel like we were a burden; they were cheerful and upbeat. I have never been more miffed at not having any cash on me, because if ever there was a time to render a generous tip, it was then and there. This rave review will have to suffice until we make our return trip to Six Flags later this year and have dinner at out new favorite Chick-fil-A.

The company motto "It's our pleasure to serve you!" rang true, once again, and louder than ever. The Chicopee Chick-fil-A makes that comedian Jaron Myers' Chick-fil-A music video less of a paradody and more of a reality.

So, way to go! Love the over-the-top service and teamwork....

Always Very Polite And Helpful! Food Is Always Correct And So Tasty And Fresh!

New Updated Review* When I want good fast food, I always go to Chick-fil-A in Chicopee like I said in my last review they always get the orders right they’re very polite and the food is always great! I’m not redoing this review because of the food. The food is always great. It’s the service lately that hasn’t been the same. Long story short last week my fiancé surprised me with Chick-fil-A as I’m biting my wrap. My mouth starts to get hot like something spicy. I realize the wrap was spicy so I called my fiancé and I said hey how come you ordered me a spicy chicken wrap instead of a regular one she said because when I got to the window, that’s what he handed me and when I handed it back to the Person at the window, he told me that’s all we sell is spicy. We don’t sell regular ones anymore that’s the first lie so I politely call Chick-fil-A asked to speak to a manager, but instead of a manager, I get a team lead which tells me he could handle my situation Now I just spent $54 at Chick-fil-A. I’m at work. I can’t run over there to swap the wrap so the team lead tells me don’t worry we’ll replace the whole meal because I explained to him it’s not fair that I’m sitting here eating french fries and soda instead of my wrap and all you’re gonna replace my wrap when I go there next time that’s not a meal that I paid to enjoy Now let me get to the reason why I wrote this. The team lead when I show up tells me he only agreed to Replacing the wrap told me he didn’t remember anything that we talked about the best part of it. He didn’t even put the ticket in for me when I got there. There wasn’t even a ticket in the book because he lied and said he would replace the whole meal when he knew he couldn’t. This is happening more and more in the world nowadays these younger generation kids don’t take their job seriously it doesn’t matter if you make minimum wage or $200,000 a year do your job!! Thank you to the awesome manager that helped fix this situation and got me my meal! I was still continue to go to Chick-fil-A. I just won’t recommend people anymore like I used to! It’s one thing to get an order wrong. We’re all humans mistakes happen. Just don’t lie about your mistake. If you make a mistake admit to it and keep moving on You’ll get ahead in...

I have updated my original review twice since my first visit. I absolutely love their grilled chicken filets for breakfast! A great source of protein without the carbs and they taste amazing every time! I get their biscuits for my aunt, and she says they are the closest she has ever had to her southern grandmother's homemade ones which were a favorite in our family. I can't say enough about how friendly, professional and attentive their staff is. They seem to go above and beyond everytime I visit. I also like using their app to pre order my food and they start preparing your order fresh when you arrive via the GPS on your phone. I've never had a issue with my orders and you get points to redeem towards items on their menu if you use the app which is a nice bonus feature. They also have a variety of yummy sauces!

This was my first time going here and I really liked it . I had a yummy grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce , only 310 calories so good for for me and others trying so hard to loose weight, eat healthier and live better. The store was very cean and cozy The restrooms were clean and their is a nice play area for kids and outdoor seating. A manager even approached me after my meal to give me a mint candy and ask how my meal was. Wow! I love that. I will be going back for sure.

So I've been back since my original review and it has only gotten better. Their chicken soup is yummy and not full of calories. I usually get the grilled chicken but today I tried the fried chicken tenders and they were a wonderful treat for me with a little honey mustard. Staff is EXTREMELY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY. This location is always very clean and they are always busy but I didn't have any trouble getting a seat inside to enjoy my fantastic meal. This isn't fast food but...
