Cosmo Prof — Local services in Chino Hills

Breanna, Was very rude and sarcastic. I went into the store last month and bought some things, I showed them to my sister my sister said Wrong item return them, she slammed the money and receipt in the counter and told e to pick it up. I have complained many times that she plays on her phone she doesn’t greet people only certain people. But being rude and sarcastic and nasty to others doesn’t go well with me. She needs a class on how to be polite, helpful and start getting off her chair and phone and do her job. This will not be fixed until she is FIRED!!!!!! If I’m not rude or sarcastic to my older sister, I refuse to let anyone walking this earth disrespect her. I’m going to call the Headquarters for the 3rd time to report this girl. Maybe they can send SAMANTHA from Montclair she’s wonderful and has great PR. When will they put a new staff there? I will only go back there when all the rude workers are gone. They are so unethical and not friendly at all.
