After reading the comments I am not surprised I had a bad experience in that shop. I took a bag to see if they would take some clothes . It took the girl less than a minute to say nothing was great or fitting the style of the store. I was a bit shocked because I just made a tour in their store while keeping an eye on her. Most of their clothes are super used and not vintage at all. It is overpriced. Saying my clothes weren’t the style of the store was exaggerated. tbh Lineage is one of the best thrift stores in the I.E. they got friendly staff, dope clothes, good deals, and great vibe. I just bought a supreme hoodie there and I'm getting hella compliments. I traded for store credit there last time I went and I will say its def worth. They give you a percentage of money or store credit depending on what they put the item for and you can spend it on whatever there. THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A VERY SPECIFIC STYLE, they passed on A LOT of my items but its understandable cuz they gotta keep their racks with only the stuff that will sell. I came here today to sell clothes, about 80% of which still had tags, totaling over 200 pieces with various styles. There were two young staff members, one with a small mustache and a young woman. To my surprise, they didn’t accept a single piece. I’m genuinely shocked. As a loyal customer, I can’t understand this at all. I’m even starting to wonder if it’s because I’m Asian or if they are just selecting items based on personal preference, which led them to reject everything. It’s just too much.
