I would not recommend purchasing from this company. This is, at best, a very poorly managed company with ZERO customer service representatives, and at worst it's a complete scam.
I ordered a box of sugar free truffles on 02/17 for our anniversary. I paid $9.99 for two day air delivery, as they said this would be guaranteed to deliver before our trip. I received the email from FedEx that the package would be delivered two days later, on 02/19. However, 5 days later, I still had no truffles, and my FedEx tracking simply says "Pending" even today. I sent an email, per their order confirmation email, to inquire about the status and ask for a refund on at least the 2 day air delivery. No response. I tried 3 more emails to them with no reply. I attempted to call the phone number listed for them, and it immediately forwards to a voicemail that reads a different phone number off, with no outbound recording or branding of any sort. I did leave a message, but received no call or email back. I tried to reach out on their site's chat feature, as well as on Facebook Messenger. Both sent me an auto-reply telling me to email them at the same email address I had already emailed four times. The order status on the Andy Anand site says "preparing for shipment" which it has said since 02/17. Today, we finally called the bank to dispute the charge and have it reversed, since we are obviously not getting our truffles. Purchase at your own risk, but I would never recommend this company.
Update 03/06/21: With still not a single word from the company, I was notified by FedEx that they package would be delivered today (after a few weeks of waiting). I attached a photo of this horrendous product. There's oil all over the outside of the box, and all of these chocolates have melted and re-solidified into one big gross mass. Your product description online is misleading since it states it's gluten free, and the product clearly states it isn't. You need to remove "Gluten Free" from your site, but they are not. They have on their site that they are gluten free but according to the box, they are most definitely NOT! There is a warning stating that they will contain trace amounts of gluten in them. I understand you say you have a satisfaction guarantee but apparently it's not worth very much if there's no way to get in touch with you. You can call the phone number here all day long and nobody answers which is pretty much what I expected. Seems to be in line with everyone else's experience here.
