Sooooo I walk into the Shop with My Ball Watch Hydrocarbon Engineer Spacemaster X-Lume And I want the Band Changed from the Steel Bracelet to the Rubber, I proceed to show Him the Watch and Band and He says OK.. Then after working for 5mins. You start hearing “ God “ And “ Shoot “ And Huffing And Puffing, And Various Other sounds of annoyance and Frustration, Mind You Ball Watches Have 2 Screw Lugs On Each Side. Well all the Noises only increase and become more frequent.. Then He Stops after 35 mins. And Says “ I Give Up “ As My Watch Lay in Pieces On the Desk in front of him, He Says “ Are the Bands Aftermarket “ I Then Tell Him “ No!! They’re Ball Watch Bands, He says Oh... Then He says He’ll at least put My Steel Band Back On, Sooo after retreating out of the Shop with new scratches and dings in a otherwise beautiful watch, My Band Lugs look like a 5 year old was learning how to screw and use tools with all the wrong sizes of tools!!! I was in such a Big Hurry to Get Out Of that Hack Shop that I didn’t notice the Moron put the Steel Bracelet Back On BACKWARDS!!!! SMH.. Maybe a good place to get Costume Jewelry Worked On or a Swatch Watch or Casio But DO NOT TAKE ANY WATCH OF VALUE...

My husband and I didn't have a lot of money when we got married so my ring was on the inexpensive side and through years of working, being a mom and almost never taking off my ring, it took a huge toll on it and turned it rusty, orange and dinged. This ring was my most prized possession I owned so I was reluctant on getting it fixed but oh my goodness am I so happy I took it here. I had a stirring silver ring that needed repair. A piece of the ring fell off. The work most likely just required cleaning up the surfaces and soldering the pieces together. With the right tools and some experience, it would be a simple job. I did try to solder the pieces together. I did not have the right tool and materials. I went to this repair shop on a Wednesday afternoon. The place looked like a junk yard behind the counter. The man worked there took a quick look at my ring and said he would not take the job.
