Pandora Jewelry — Local services in Chula Vista

I just bought my first Pandora bracelet at a different location, and was looking for a store in a more convenient area to pick up some charms. When I googled around, I found that this location had less than awesome reviews; I am super glad that I went anyway. This store is beautiful inside, has a great selection and layout, and the customer service was amazing. I was greeted immediately, and helped (without having to ask) in less than five minutes of entering the store and browsing. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted yet other than the genre of charms I was looking for, and Emma helped me by showing me all the charms and clips, how they fit/looked on my bracelet, and gave me advice on how the sizing works (I was nervous the one I’d bought the day before was a little big, but it was perfect size for adding the charms I wanted). The ladies working tonight even took time to chat with me as I was checking out and were super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. This has got to be THE cleanest store I’ve ever been to. We stopped by after getting boba across the street and I didn’t want to set my cup down while the super sweet gal at the counter helps me pick out charms. Seriously there was not a speck of dust anywhere, it felt so luxurious being in there. I am notoriously picky and I never felt rushed or anything while I’m there and I know I go back and forth a lot between what I want to get. I mean can you help it when there are so many cute charms? When I first got there it was busy and everyone was with a customer but they still took the time to greet and let me know I’ll be seen shortly, which was totally fine with me because more time to browse haha. I went to get a refund on a defective item purchased less than 6 months ago. I was told my only options were to choose a new ring with equal or lesser value, or a gift card with the amount of the defective item. I mentioned I wanted a refund to my original payment method, she said it was not possible but it says on the pandora website it is available as long as you go back to the original location where it was purchased (which it was). So I had no other choice than to take the gift card since I did not want any of the items available or at all.
