11:36 1 㤠Buffalo Wild Wings Post Atmosphere Today is 12/16/24. I decided to go join my friend for a few drinks meaning (beers). During our dining experience my friend told the waiter that the phone on the table was not ours and she left it on the table still. Close to the 5th round of the main fight everything got distorted, One of the waiter and they know who they are came and asked if we had seen a knife and my friend and son which was only drinking water said no. 5 minutes later some other waiter comes to the table and grabs the phone and says why did we turn it off? and of course we never turned his phone off. So my friend says to prove that is actually his phone and a great debate started. Another manager a guy named Edgar or Edward comes and hands me my bill. I asked why we were getting our bill? He says is norm because people run out in the tab, keep in mind the establishment closes at 1am. I asked why we were getting our bill? He said everyone gets the bill. I told him it seemed funny since they just had a disagreement with the table manager. Keep in mind again the restaurant closes at 1am and is now 10pm. Turns around and tells the table next to me they are not getting charged for the UFC event, which is hilarious because what made him think we were paying for an event hosted by the restaurant.
I paid the bill and still tipped my waiter even though she's forgot to mention to her boss we reported the phone. On my way out I asked, well I paid the bill and if we could sit at the bar even though I didn't agree with the accusation. Edward or Edgar the manager of some type said based on the incident he refused to serve us and I said well perhaps if your employees admitted they asked if we had seen a knife it be different, I didn't need their iPhone, I had no intention of stealing it, and it was straight unprofessional in the manner he handled the situation and he had the nerve to say his staff or waiter clearly didnât say knife. Straight out disrespectful.
I'm not a thief or a liar. I would ask the owner or someone who is actually in charge of making decision to think business not based on personal feelings to check the camera 12/16/25 from 7:30 pm to 1030pm to see if we grabbed that phone with an intention to steal it and if we were lying about reporting it to the waiter. Security surveillance doesn t lie. after I paid the bill and included the tip even after the fact. I asked edgar or edward whatever his name was and he responded that they refused to serve us. keep in mind I was not drunk/intoxicated or under the influence whatever you may refer it as, edgar/edward said to me that clearly they are used to...
Read moreAt approximately 8pm at this location The manager Edward was disrespectful in his approach to me after his server (white woman husky with glasses) was also rude to .e after I asked for double shots of jack Daniel's, and if they was the right portion of double shot. Saying to me "we'll it's because you ordered jack Daniel's!" As if to say my taste in alcohol was horrible. Noticing a good joke I said to her that was a good one. Following this she went to the bartender and repeated to her what she said to me confirming my suspicion that she was being disrespectful instead of joking. As I approached the bar to see my drink being poured i saw that infact those were there actual portions for drinks. However when she poured the shots it was in the most disgusting manner with so much disdain. So I told her to pour another drink and double it. That's when she began to get loud with me saying it's one drink per person (it's not what you say but how you day it). Immediately the manager rushed up to me with hostility in his body language as if he wanted to fight me. So I asked him why you rushing up on me like you gonna do something? He said he's trying to see what's wrong i told him she can handle herself and she already helped me. Long story short my family and I paid for the drinks and refused the food especially after he approached my table with even more hostility telling me how to talk and how not to talk. Being a reasonable person who works in Hospitality I told him where and why they were wrong. My wife and child noticed how they were rude to me. If they can't respect simple concerns of a patron they shouldn't be working in Hospitality. Keep in mind this is my second time experiencing horrible service from Buffalo wild wings in two locations one in mission valley and now at this location. Any corporate or higher ups who wish to speak with me on this manner I'm open to discussion there is a horrific pattern with in...
Read moreSo I've had Casey (bartender) a few times. Every time he gets my order wrong. I ask for boneless wings and I always get one with bones. He never apologizes or anything. So I ask for a beer with a lime every time. He also forgets it everytime. He took 5 min to get me a lime while he was worried about charging his phone and not checking on his bar. I waited for my correct order to come out and asked for a ranch as well. My friend asked for a new sauce for her wings because the sauce she got had a nasty film. took another 5 min or so just to get that. my other friend was out of water for 10 min and tried to get his attention (it was not easy getting his attention even though it should have been) and so he raised his water glass, then he comes over and says "it's Casey by the way". It wasnt only us though. Other people were also raising their glass because he wasn't being attentive to his customers. He also charged a couple double on their bill and it was just a huge mess! As a bartender and a server myself... I would never ever treat my guests like that! I had to ask him multiple times for things I ordered. My second beer instead of giving me a lime wedge gave me lime wheels. How am I supposed to squeeze that into my beer? Also, when I got my change back it was 81.91. He gave me 81. Im sorry but give your customers exact change. Then my friend cashes out. She gave him 25 on a 21 bill. He didnt give her any change! You're never entitled to anything. Be respectful and give back change correctly and let your customers tip accordingly. Literally the worst bartender I have ever encountered! This guy obviously couldn't handle the bar and shouldn't be handling anyone. I will never let him serve me again. This has happened too many times with me and multiple friends have had the same problem. Please talk with your...
