The workers seemed friendly and professional. I came in to repair my laptop with a broken LCD display and was told that my device has to be sent to their service center. I had to back up sensitive data and to remove my device from the Find My feature so I did that and everything else they told me to do. I was told that I would only pay a $99 service fee for the repair since I have my Apple Care+ protection which I didn’t mind paying, but they didn’t tell me that I would have to pay the service center instead of paying at their geek squad location. Apparently received a missed call from the service center during the holidays with family but they left a voicemail about making the payment and was told to call back. The payment did not seem urgent according to the voicemail so I figured I would be able to come into the store where I dropped off my laptop to finalize the service fee once I got back into town. Long story short, my laptop was sent back to the Geek Squad never repaired due to not immediately paying the service fee. I feel like there was a failure to communicate the urgency of paying the service fee to the service center to finalize repairs. I had a worse experience with him when buying a laptop. I was asking him regarding the laptop I bought and he said he doesn't know what kind of gaming laptop it is. what even worst is HE DROPPED THE LAPTOP I BOUGHT AND He SMIRKED WHILE LOOKING AT ME.
