I went in today shopping for some Halloween pj's for my family didn't find any but I came across some Disney Christmas pj's. I was so excited to buy them but unfortunately that all came to an end when I went to check out . I told the woman working the self-checkout by the name of Geraldine that the price that they rung up was different from the price that was on the sign . She said give me a second let me go check it out . She came back stating that was not the correct price that the pj's was place there by a guest . I said Miss they were not left there they were fully stocked and she said no they wasn't. What I am trying understand is why is she standing there arguing with me when I am a Guest Instead of arguing with me and going back and forth which is so unprofessional by the way. I kindly asked if she can call her manager over which she stating yes . I waited like 10 minutes for her Manager by name of Isabel to come which wasn't pleasant because she is walking over on her personal phone 📱 in hand texting when I said hello 👋 she responded with give me a second please . Which made me feel that her personal conversation was more important than attending the guest ( me) as discussing the matter she continued to be on her phone without Aknowledgeing me. She said what's going on I expand to her the situation she said that the items were left by a guest that people do that . I stated miss the items were fully stocked why is it your words disregarding mines is what I am not understanding. She stated by policy she can only honor the price of one item. Which I kindly declined the purchased . Please do better walmart .Team Members/Managers Why do you guy's give Your Guest such a hard time when shopping with you .

DO NOT BUY CLOTHES OR PRINTER INK HERE! Go to Best Buy or shop Amazon instead! I Lost $100, they just took it. I am a loyal customer to Walmart. Its my go to if I purchase in store but not anymore. I will gladly only purchase from Amazon. I have probably spent $10K over the years to Walmart. I tried to return a bathing suit and shorts and printer ink but they are so Rigid about Returns. I tried to return a bathing suit and shorts that I could not return due to Covid so I took it home to try on and it didnt fit. I tried to return due to Covid they said no. So Ive waited not really sure when. They denied me saying I missed a grace period I didnt even know about. I feel they should be flexible. As for the ink they do not return at all. 2 managers, including Edwin, refused to make customers like me happy. No flebility. I wont spent another $1000 here because thats probably what I spend here per year, at least.

I simply walked into the back of the store and the cashier asked me for my barcode contained in the email and the order number and i received my items in less than 2 minutes. My favorite part of this is that you can authorized one other person to pick it up for you - and it can be anyone as long as they show their ID and it matches the name you put down in your order online.

This walmart was very unprofessional and i found no one willing to do their job. Before we arrived we saw 7 of the same product in stock. Got there to find none in store. A gentleman looked it up to show that they did have 7 in the back, but told us to find an associate who works in that dept. So without his help we did find the lady. She swore they didn't have it and repeatedly told us they do not store this item in the back. We finally found the gentleman again to show her they're in stock. She then did everything to not go back there to verify. When I finally convinced her to do so, and being very respectful to her she then came back to say, "oh yeah we have 4, but no one to take it down for me." I asked for the manager, because there should aleays be someone who can maneuver any of the equipment. The manager came after 20min and was extremely unprofessional and seemed to be under the influence. Said that the only person certified for that lift had just walked out. I asked why she was a manager without the qualifications to do her job. She had no explanation. I then asked her how are they to train people for this lift when no one is certified. No answer. I told her that Ive worked for Walmart and know that they restock during the day and night. She then told me to return at night.

Finally I told the manager that I understand these times are very uncertain with workers, but being a fortune 500 Co they should always ensure the ability to serve the customer and sell the products available. That it doesn't look good on her or the store to not be able to do their job. The entire visit every employee we saw was sitting on merchandise talking, walking and talking to eachother ignoring customers.

We told her that we would be back for it later when the night shift arrives. We purchased the $300 item online for that store and was shown that it would be available at 9pm. We left early to get it and before we arrived they refunded us with the explanation that it was out of stock. Very disappointing. I explained to my party that I know sometimes walmart associates keep certain product hidden and "unavailable" so they can get them their self or save for their friends and family. I would not ever return to this walmart. I also hope that Coorporate gets into this site to reestablish a real manager who is qualified to be a manager. Also they need to ensure they have personnel to run the equipment as managers can get busy.

I've been to many crazy walmarts as we all have, yet this one needs a serious overhaul. However I'm sure it will stay just as is, because the locals may not make complaints or talk to the right people to make change. We all know the Walton fsmily and Coorporate will not do anything to rectify this. I know from first hand that walmart has no intentions on making their stores run well. This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to but because I used to live just blocks away I went there out of convenience. The manager who I'm not even sure is still the manager didn't do his job. There were oftentimes that shelves were empty and produce we're so old they were growing fungus on them. I wish I still had the pictures because I was so disgusted that I took out my camera and started taking pictures. I complain that day to an assistant manager who really didn't seem like she cared. I ask for the General manager who of course was not available nor was he available the last time I asked for him for another issue. The ATM machine at the store was a joke. If you took out $300 and give it to you all in fives. And when your transaction was done you would get a receipt for the person who used the ATM before you. This would cause confusion to say the least. I would bring this issue up with the manager on duty because of course the general manager was never there. Did it ever get fixed? Not for at least a year I kid you not. This store was shamefully neglected and I even called the corporate office at one point. The lady I spoke to seemed concerned and told me that she was going to call the manager at that moment. I had to tell her not to even bother because the phone number was disconnected. Can you believe that? The phone number for a business-like Walmart being disconnected? How does that happen? Did they not pay the phone bill? Seriously this really did happen? Anyways my very latest visit to this Walmart seemed to be a little bit better. I used the ATM machine and got the appropriate receipt and things look to be stocked up on the shelves. They were actually shopping carts ready to be used inside the store , I didn't have to go hunt one in the parking lot this time . Maybe they finally got rid of...

If I could put zero stars, I would. There was a woman with red hair checking receipts at the front of the store. I had this lady harass me for 4 years. I was going to this store because it was the closest to me and I was struggling with transportation. She was racist - just because she heard me speak Spanish she would overcheck my receipt and my cart when leaving the store. Then, one time, I asked her and her partner if they could help me radio someone because someone had taken my cart when I went to the restroom and this had happened to me twice and I really needed the items on my cart and there were no more of the items I had already taken. They didn't want to help me and from there and I told them that they should help customers. Instead of reflecting upon this, she started using her job position to target me even more and it was time for me to leave the store after paying - she would harass me, pull my handbag, open all my bags and go through my items, and even push me and pull on my body while falsely accusing me of stealing. I made a formal complaint after I got tired of dealing with this. I first tried to talk to her directly and she kept harassing me. I talked to several managers and they didn't do anything. At this point, I filed a formal complaint. I tried to ask what had happened because they told me that they would check the cameras when she pulled me and they never called me back. However, I went to the store after and I saw that she kept working there - and it felt that they didnt do anything. I stopped going because they were pulling on my handbag and body because she kept falsely accusing me of stealing - in the 4-5 yrs she harassed me - she never found any stolen item on me but she would try to get me in problem on purpose and lie about...
