The low Starsr mark is mainly the fault of Michael! This made was rude, unfriendly, no good customer service at all! As I approached the counter I said hello and all he did was stare blankly at me and said in a rough unfriendly voice: "Well!?" Not even a hello or much less the traditional 'Welcome to Subway.' untold him. I was going to order 2 sandwiches. The first a tuna which he proceeded to scrape the bottom of the container for a very small portion of tuna. He then passed the sandwich to this right and started to walk away, I said "Excuse me, I said 2 sandwiches." He then gave a loud and annoyed sigh and said "What other one?"I told him a turkey avocado. When it was time for the condiments and add he was hardly putting anything on there, and was just starting and pointing. Not a bit of courtesy "anything else?" After I asked for a bit more lettuce since he put just a couple of strands, once again MICHAEL gave a loud sigh and sprinkled just a bit more of lettuce. Vegetables such as tomatoes and cucumbers were stored in improper conditions, leaving them soggy and water-logged. The poor maintenance of the food completely ruined the meal. We had to throw away a good part of it. Much higher chance of getting very sick from bacteria in restaurants that don't take care of food conditions.
Pros: Helpful staff, clean tables, generous portions.
I'm not sure if it's poor business management, such as an absentee owner, or undisciplined workers. But our money was wasted here. We have eaten at many different subway locations. This was the location with the very worst food...
Read moreplaced a pickup order at 1145 and was told by the app it would be done by 1155. app stated order was ready 5 mins go by i check in with the people inside but they're saying it's not ready. i had to wait 10-15 mins more due to no one delivering my order. there was also no line at all inside. also saw other sandwiches being made even though i placed mine way beforehand earlier. if you order online, watchout for the app when it says ready since they clearly don't prioritize your order. placed order at 1145, order supposed to be done by 1155, didn't receive curbside pickup until i had to walk in myself to get in even though the app said to stay in my car at 1215. no line at all inside...
