Old Navy — Local services in National City

Today I visited the store and found a ransacked section for the girls/kids clearance section. I couldn't avoid stepping on the dozens or more garments all over the floor. When I waited in line, the three kids, only one of which was little, with the woman directly behind me were rifling through all the hair accessories and cosmetics near the checkout. The youngest one opened up multiple bottles of cologne and poured it on himself. The woman weakly told him to leave it alone while she did nothing and watched him. She was also right on my back, despite my attempts to put a reasonable space between us. I told the manager, who checked me out. She didn't seem particularly concerned. Last time I shop in that store. That type of behavior should be addressed and not tolerated. Parents should be forced to pay for merchandise their kids damage or partially consume. I started shopping here since last years Black Friday and I understand the mess during holidays but I’ve never seen this particular location ever clean let alone clothes free floor. The manager doesn’t really do her job I see her walking back and fourth passing by time. There’s always 2 cashiers and a huge long line. I was just here last night and again same issues a mess in every section clothes all over the floor didn’t see not one sales associate on the floor to help customers let alone clean up the mess. Found myself picking up the hangers off the floor. In order to walk by because that is a lawsuit waiting to happen. This place needs to be whipped into shape because I would for once love to go into this store and see it just right and set up neatly without clothes...

Great selection and helpful employees!! If you see something don't wait, as your size will be gone. If I see a cute pair of leggings with a cute pattern I get very disappointed with all the Ex Large sizes left. They are too big for the average shopper. I never can get jeans that are my size thinking I could by a few styles. But they are Plus sized. These bigger items should be online only. They take up too much space. I'm looking for 5/6 or 7/8 8 is too big. The clothing is actually not true to size. I returned some print shirts I thought I needed large. Hated it took them back no problem cash or on my debit card.
