I just love this place. My first impression was made by Ozzy, the ridiculously friendly and knowledgeable clerk. I wasn't able to get any food the first day because I was out of time, but Ozzy was quick to hand me a flyer and told me what was good. I came back the next day and got the Philly steak. I was going to get the Reuben sandwich and Ozzy let me know right away they didn't have any rye bread. I like how Ozzy anticipated my needs and expectations. The key to great customer service is more than a smile, it's anticipating customer expectations and being honest with them. I live down the street from Big Boy Market and everyone is so kind and welcoming everytime I go in. The kithen in the market is a nice touch, this kithen makes Big Boy stand out from the typical stores in the area. The food is constantly delicious espciallly if burgers, Gyros and fries are your thing. They have a great selection of beer and soft drinks, they even having a walk-in beer fridge! Another difference that makes this market stand out is the selection of candy, they do have the classics but they also have unique flavored candy and chocolates like rare or harder to find KitKat flavors or freeze dried candies.
