Went in on Friday 1/17/2025 for some reason they were REMODELING while the store was OPEN. Couldn't find something on an aisle I went to ask a lady for help for Taco seasoning and she told me they were in boxes in the back I asked her if she can get them for me since she knew they were in boxes in the back and then she proceeded to just look at me and act like she couldn't speak English anymore and just stare at me. I went up to the front to ask the nice cashier for help and she said the lady didn't help you and I said no she refused to help me and she act like she didn't hear me so she asked for help on the intercom she said customer service over the intercom the lady was too aisles over and still refused to come to the front she again asked as I waited she called customer service again as we stood there and waited she refused to come forward so I left the store with a cart full of groceries. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE WORST...

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AND WILL BE SPREADING THE WORD ON SOCIAL MEDIA!! 2-26-2025 during BLACK HISTORY MONTH at that Cashier RACIST greeted every customer in Spanish but us. Our turn she just said EBT because we had hot chicken I was immediately offended because of her tone and behavior. WE HAVE NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER BEEN ASKED THAT AS LONG AS WE'VE BEEN COMING TO THE STORE WHEN IT WAS IGA OVER 20 YEARS of shopping there! I called her out on her behavior and she started making excuses I was LIVID! There was an issue with my son's card and while we waited ANOTHER CUSTOMER WITH THE EXACT SAME ITEM SHE DID NOT ASK HIM EBT SHE RANG HIM UP AND I LOST IT SHE IMMEDIATELY STARTED LYING!!! Even the customer was SHOCKED and started laughing with us and EVEN GAVE US HIS PERSONAL INFORMATION TO CONFIRM...

This is the absolute worst Market to shop. They price gouge for example a carton of heavy cream for 799 and you can buy it at Walmart for under $4. Jumbo eggs 549 for a dozen once again just over $3 at Walmart and Grocery Outlet. Everything is ridiculously higher than any other store. To say nothing of the fact I have learned to always check my receipt because their prices don't always match what you get rung up at example one day I got overcharged $10 on eight different items in one trip I would give this place a zero Stars if possible DON'T SHOP HERE!
