Let me be honest with you: every time I order from a pizza place like Domino's or, in this case, Pizza Hut, I'm bracing myself for disappointment. I mean, seriously, when I order from my local Domino's, there's about a 35% chance that the food will be downright inedible. It's that hit-or-miss! And when it is edible, it still leaves much to be desired.

But today, I decided to break the cycle and give Pizza Hut another shot. I ventured into uncharted territory and ordered the Big New Yorker Pizza for the first time. Honestly, I was prepared for yet another underwhelming experience typical of chain pizza joints. Boy, was I wrong!

I truly wish I could meet the person who crafted my pizza. I've traveled across the country and sampled countless pizzas, but this Big New Yorker Pizza might just be the best I’ve ever had! I expected a hastily thrown-together pie, lacking any real care or flavor. Instead, I was treated to a culinary delight!

This pizza was a revelation. It wasn’t drowning in oil and grease; the cheese, pepperoni, sauce, and crust were all cooked to perfection—better than perfection, really! And let me tell you, they actually added real seasoning! Whoever prepared this Big New Yorker Pizza is truly gifted, and I’m incredibly grateful for such a delicious meal.

And let’s talk size—this pizza is massive! I typically order large pies from Domino's, but this Pizza Hut Big New Yorker makes those look like kids' sizes in comparison. wen I got unto the store there was nobody tending to the counter and bc of covid19 theres only 1 allowed in store at a time. I was ignored by all 5 employees for about 10 mins. one guy came to the counter when the driver came in and asked him something, they did something on the register and the guy went back to what he was doing. I felt invisible....the girl finally came up to help me. I was there for a pick up. I order from there about 3-4 times a month. I spend a lot of money at this particular pizza hut. the order had a pizza and 4 smaller containers and a 2 liter soda. so I ask the girl for a bag but she said she didn't have a bag, so then I told her I'm going to go out to the car and get a bag. She said I would have to wait outside in line again to Come Back in. I thought that was bad customer service especially because they just ignored me for about 10 minutes...

I tried to order pizza 3 times over the phone and i was hung up on. The 3rd time i thought i lost connection. I decided to leave my kids with a sitter for a few mins so i could run down and order in person. I get there and then the girl explains that its their phone cord and then proceeds to hang up the phone after showing me the issue and she couldnt even hang the phone up right, it just sat un hooked in an upright position so people who dont pay attention would think it was hung up yet calls wouldn't come through and nobody would know. I explained because it was going to take time that i needed to have it delivered because i tried 3 times over the phone and i need to get back to my kids, i wasnt offered compensation or anything, just charged for the delivery fee after i just waisted my own...
