Trixie's Pizza — Local services in City of Beacon

I've never had vegan pizza before, but I honestly could not tell much difference between Trixie's pizza and non-vegan pizza! This is the best pizza in Beacon for two reasons: it tastes fantastic, and the chef truly understands how to achieve a perfect crust. A lot of pizza places will have a nice exterior crust, but completely fail on the texture/cooking of the crust in the middle of the pizza. Trixie's has the perfect crust in the middle of the pizza: it doesn't flop/droop, with the perfect level of structural integrity that avoids becoming overly cooked/cardboard-like.

This is a top 10 pizza vegan or otherwise. People fixate on the cheese (which should be nut-based, not just oil and starch) and forget that real perfection comes from proper dough, fresh sauce, and minimal toppings. This one nails is.
