I have spent a large amount of money here and they have a great selection. However today my little brother and I entered the prerelease tournament with the understanding the kits were 1 per person except for if you're playing in the event. I entered while my little brother watched, and we had a very enjoyable experience playing and he was thrilled we placed 1st. Following the event we waited in the long line to buy the additional prerelease kit that the employee told me we would be able to purchase. I understand limiting the number of kits to ensure everyone gets one but this goes against what I was told. In addition to this, I pointed out that their were two of us and we only had one kit either way but the employee just shrugged. We went on to begin purchasing our other items and while getting a single card from the case, that the employee had to grab for us, another employee started checking out another customer clearing out our purchase we already began and making us wait longer. That customer apologized to us as they realized we were in the middle of a purchase, but the employee simply said that it was busy. While I understand this, and it was busy, they could acknowledge it in a polite way rather than just ignoring their mistake. I have had many interactions with employees here, and none have been anywhere near negative. This event ruined the experience for my brother and I, and really changed the direction of our day and being able to enjoy...

Great place to go to get pokemon, magic and lorcana too bad the customer service isn't that great. Unless you EH HEM!! Can I get some help, the clerks will stand there talking to each other forever, don't even say welcome in. Every time I go there I'm standing at the front counter waiting to check out with the employees off in the corner having a never ending pow wow session, I always have to address them just to get some help. My wife went in with me only 1 time and said she would never go back in. The 2 employees were behind the counter playing magic the gathering while we stood in front of the lorcana section waiting to get a couple booster boxes, they looked up at us and just went back to playing their game. My wife walked out upset, and when I followed her out, she said "that was extremely rude and I will never go back in there." When you have customers in the store, act professional. Play Magic...
