Restrooms were disgusting. 10 stalls and no toilet paper in any of them. Dirty tissue all over the floor. Restrooms are not separated from men and women. Do not let your children go into the restroom alone. I encountered a creep when I was using the restroom. Horrible customer service at the information booth. 3 people were sitting down chit chatting. Did not greet nor acknowledge us. After 5 minutes, I finally got my questions answered. The old man was rushing through my questions and was eager to finish answering them. Was not friendly. The other 2 old females were just sitting there looking into space, doing time theft. They're getting paid, and they're not...

Nice facility, large windows for viewing the falls from the second floor, though a better view from indoors can be found at the observation tower building. Was a good place to get out of the cold and wind for a short rest.

Restrooms are open to all. I’d never been in one like that before and it was fine. The stalls are floor to ceiling. I saw other reviews noted lack of toilet paper and urine on seats but, when I used them, they were clean (and smelled clean). Sinks were great and included hand dryers at each sink. Very modern yet fitting center for the United States first state park. Excellent clean facility with detailed information and bathrooms, lots to learn and see and do here. Plan to spend a lot of time here relaxing and enjoying the falls. Love the new...
