I stumbled onto this place back in 2010 when it had a location at the corner of Parker Blvd & Sheridan Dr. I immediately fell in love with it!!! I had never heard of them before and then I learned they had a location on Oliver St in NT. I soon learned that was their home base and original location. In the beginning, before Parker Blvd & Sheridan Dr was sold I only dealt with this awesome employee named Greg who was the only employee at that location 'cuz it only had one bay and he and all employees(I met later at home location)are all awesome artistic techs including and especially the owner Jim, and very personable!!! :) I have had everything from chrome wheels mounted on low profile tires, stereo & speakers replaced. Lettering going across top of my windshield and alot more!!! As a matter of fact I got a new car recently and I need to visit Jim to make my new car personality mine as only he and his crew...

Spoke w/owner on phone about their deal on Groupon. He offered to do job for price quoted on Groupon. Dropped car off and left keys on drop box. Left a note and keys on drop box.?'s abt the model that I wanted through offer on Groupon. Never received a call about it until car was ready. Went in with $250 in cash. To my surprise the total price quoted did not include $20 in tax. O.k. no problem. Gave them my bank card to use. As I went to sign for purchase i noticed the price increased. Questioned it and was told there is a few to use credit cards. That to me is a not fair business practice. So what was suppose to cost $249.99 ended up costing over $280. Not happy at all. Customer service is horrible. I was having problems with my starter. I called them and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was advised that there was nobody that can help me. I was told that technician left for the day. They rescheduled me for another day. Once again I arrived to the place and there was no technicians available. I advised them that I live far from them, about 30 minutes drive. The guy was very rude and never even apologized. I had 3 family members that left them because of their customer service. They went to Kustom workz. Kustom workz customer service is amazing. I guess I will be taking my customer service and my money...
