If you want to have unauthorized lines opened on your account and be refused refunds after being told point blank that fraud occurred, this is the store for you. To say I am disgusted with how the thief’s at this store behave would be an understatement.
Before Christmas I went in to this store to purchase a new phone to be put on an existing line. At no point did I ask to have a line added but that is exactly what happened. I was charged several hundred dollars for a line, a phone activation fees and upgrade fees.
I immediately noticed on my bill all the additional charges and I went back to the store. I immediately returned the phone because at this point I no longer wanted anything to do with this company. I was told by the employee I returned the phone to that this was definitely fraud. I was told I would be promptly refunded but three weeks and four trips later, I was still being denied my refund. In fact, I was told because my auto-pay for the bill had occurred, a refund could no longer be processed.
After multiple communications with the staff and management at this location, nothing was ever done. The line was still active on my phone 3 weeks later. I finally called into the corporate customer service phone number today to TRY and get assistance with the issue and that turned out to be a mistake as well.
The agent did help me finally get the phone line cancelled from this fraudulent activity but because I could have done it myself self online, THEY CHARGED ME $5 FOR THE PHONE CALL!!! The audacity is astounding! At this point I still hadn’t been refunded for services I neither requested or received.
I made one more call into the customer service and was finally able to get in touch with a competent employee who processed a refund for me for the theft that I had experienced. This associate was understanding of the situation and my frustration with the hours of my life spent correcting an issue that in actuality I should have simply reported the theft to law enforcement.
The icing on the cake is if you call the store and ask to speak with a manager you get the run around that the manager isn’t there, isn’t available and there is no way to possibly get in touch with any member of management.
Overall if you want awful service, outrageous fees, theft of time and money and to pay for services you neither need, want or requested, then you should definitely go...

No ya go to the dealer… so I call firstnet through att( I’m a first responder) and within 30 minutes on phone with att after 3 months of not getting phone call backs or updates from this agency and I was refunded 190 dollars for past 3 months! Never again will I go to this store!! Very helpful when they don’t have to make any effort when they do I was literally told owell it’s your issue even when they admit I’m over paying.. they don’t do refunds there and have to go to higher ups and I said after 3 months ya haven’t heard anything????worst customer support ever… huge shout too angel at first net for not only his sympathy but assistance for what I went through with this store…..Scam artist???? If ya wanna risk it ..ok you go there then you tell me when ya have too pay your bill…..I know...

The iphones were on back order. We still had the note 7's and needed to get rid of them asap. We use our phones for our business. The day they cancelled our order I went to this store to find out why. After finding a temporary solution I left to go get my husband and his phone. By the time I got back they had just happened to get two iphone 7 plus's, not in the colors we wanted, but none the less they were the phones we ordered. They even threw in free glass screen protectors for our troubles. The staff is AMAZING there!!! Far better than ANY other At&T store we...
