I recently walked into the store to ask about some bunk beds. So I get up the counter and the guy behind the counter was getting ready to help me as I told him what I was looking for. Well this guy that was in the office sitting didn't give the guy anytime to see about any bunk beds and told me to go to Rent A Center. Com. At that point I knew that he wasn't gonna help me. So I left the store, and I will not ever return to this store ever again. So called up mitch from pulaski and had a bunk bed set that afternoon. The guys from pulaski go above and beyond for their costumers as for the oswego store wouldn't give me the time nor the day to even assist me. So as f far as I'm concerned oswego will no longer have my commitment as far as being a customer. They need to take lessons from the pulaski store.. all it takes is one bad experience and I will never go back. As far as pulaski I will go to them from now on. Pulaski knows how to treat their customers and they do everything that they can do to help their customers out i can safely say oswego doesn't unless they are just being picky on who they help.. that is my experience and reveiw. This was a brand new stove only made one payment on oven. I did reach out to customer number and was told a district manager would reach oUT 24-48 hours which NEVER HAPPENED.
