NY Nails — Local services in City of Oswego

Ive been coming here since June monthly for different services.I never had a problem until recently when I asked about my Points that you get when you sign in.I was surprised that I only had 6 points in which I never used any of them.I just simply said I was confused since I had been coming since June and spent alot of money on different sevices there.The Employee/Owner that was working on a lady next to me Replied to me (You calling us Liars) I couldn't belive she said that in a room full of people.I had said to her NO I didn't say that,I'm just confused about my Points.I also want to say they had a special running at that time if you make a appointment you will receive free lotion.I did make a appointment and didn't get my lotion and the one lady she was working on at that time,Who was a walk in got her lotion.She the Employee/Owner looked at me and smiled as she handed it to the lady.I did let them know when paying i would never be back again because of how I was treated.I honestly don't think they cared and neither did I at that point.I guess there not to bothered about losing Customers paying alot of money.I have currently found another place to go and they do appreciate...

Dumpster fire experience. I came here with my boyfriend’s daughter as a birthday gift, and thought it was a good place because it has four stars on Google. Bad choice. We both got the Jello-O pedicures, and she got a manicure with acrylic. The jet in the tub was malfunctioning and did not make bubbles, and the cap to it came of, leading to nasty debris going into my water. They kept trying to fix it as it kept coming off leading to more debris. I had to ask them to change the water because they were going to leave it as it was. Then, the attendant failed to turn off the water, and it was overflowing by the time I noticed, all into our shoes and the floor. We barely received a massage either, and it was not 7 min as advertised.

My boyfriend’s daughter’s pedicure with gel looked messy and half done, as shown in the pics, but mine were decent. And she did not want her acrylics too long, and the lady kept saying they were too short and was pushy about keeping them longer. All in all $158 later, a horrible experience, I was offered no discount for the issues, and will not...

i was not happy with this place, i went there for the first time with one of my friends and first they did not cut my nails before they put the Tips on, he was very rough on filing the nails to shape, I wanted a light pink but instead she gave me white. The nail is very bumpy and completely uneven and crooked. The next morning after getting them done my nails were hurting very bad. When we asked dumb questions they would completely ignore us. And they had me come back once I was done so that a different person can put another coat of paint on because it was not completely filled you can still see a whole bunch of clear spots and he also didn’t put the acrylic all the way at the top of my nail and the clear nail polish protector is scraping off. It was a very bad experience I don’t recommend coming here, my mom and I personally love Mei Mei Nail & Spa she is in Liverpool only her and her husband but they are very good and fast also very polite and will speak to you...
