PVC Glassworks — Local services in City of Plattsburgh

THIS IS THE WORST VAPE SHOP!!! I travel a lot! Plattsburgh is my home town- I smoke the Juul, so I buy pods. I've traveled the east coast this passed month & paid $16 for a four pack of pods. The other night I stopped into PVC Vape & not only did they try to charge me $21 for a four pack of pods but I decided the purchase. I explain the rest of the vape shops in town charge $16 the owner wouldn't match the price. I will not return to this shop due to prices & appearance, it looks dirty & dingy! I noticed there are a lot of kids loitering & it looks like a hang out spot for children. Very weird ...

Great customer service. They did not have what I was looking for cuz they don't carry ecigs BUT the guy was very helpful, still. He greeted me, upon entering the store. He was very polite and personable. I've encountered many businesses that display quick discrimination upon first sight but this guy wasn't like that. He was awesome. They carry a wide selection of glass works, as states and some disposable vape items but don't carry ecigs, like I sought. I have to say as someone that just barely started vaping and didn't know much about it. The guy's here were very very helpful them knowing that I didn't want to wait for a long time I just needed to not pick up cigarettes ever again I've been cigarette free for many many years now I'm not going for smelling like cigarettes which completely repulses me now.
