From the moment I met Jackie at a bridal show about 2 years prior to our wedding, I knew that I wanted her to be a part of my wedding adventure! Our conversation felt personal, rather than just a business transaction. Jackie truly puts her heart into her work and does everything she can to make the process as easy as possible. Jackie was extremely patient with me as I was very indecisive in finding the perfect dress. She went as far as looking online at her designers website and sending me options based on what I thought I wanted, bringing up dresses from her other location, and even renting dresses from the designer just for me to try on—and decide I hated. She truly went above and beyond. I went to four other bridal shops and none of my experiences there compared to the kindness, compassion and patience I felt at Eternity Bridal. Jackie and her staff did an amazing job of helping me find (and alter) my dream dress! We also had a great experience renting our tuxes from them as well. I loved everything about my visit with this store & especially my Assistant, Amy. She was helpful in ways I didn't even know I needed! She was genuine, kind, knowledgeable, honest which I completely appreciated in choosing a dress which would truly compliment my physique best! Amy is a consummate professional who still feels like your own personal wedding stylist extraordinaire. While I didn't catch the name of the other stylist who mainly assisted a separate wedding party, I was impressed at the way she & Amy were able to support each other, and their separate party's in having a most enjoyable & productive appointment. Amy helped me find my perfect Mother-of-the-Groom dress & feel just beautiful & comfortable inside it! The price was very reasonable. She also helped me see how to bring out it's beauty even more with the best accessories, including a spectacular belt. I had a wonderful experience with Eternity Bridal from start to finish. I sent EB an evening email to ask if they carried certain styles, and by the time I woke up I already had a response from Jackie telling me what they had and what they'd be able to order within my timeline. It was easy to make an appt online, and when I got to the store I was helped right away. Sadie showed me through the racks and let me pick out several dresses. She was positive and patient and let me steer the process while still providing support. At one point she stepped away so that I could make a 10-minute call to talk through options with my sister. Sadie took pictures for me and helped me set up a face-time with my sister so that they could both give input. Best of all, Sadie listened to my feedback and used it to pick out a dress that I never would have picked for myself. It's the dress that I bought!
