Crafters Gallery — Local services in City of Saratoga Springs

My family and I visited this shop before heading off to the race track. I purchased a beautiful ring, a shiny mother of pearl , good quality, 925 sterling. Roberta was helpful. She showed many pieces of jewelry that I was interested in, before I finally selected the first ring I saw. She was patient throughout the process. She even shined / polished it for me.

After returning home, I kept thinking about another piece that I really liked and wished I had purchased. I called the store and Roberta and Jenn communicated with me on the phone and through text. They took pictures of the piece and sent it to me. I was able to pay over the phone and the item, a beautiful, shiny, moonstone pendant was sent. It was delivered a few days later.

Overall, customer care, quality of the products, communication, and delivery were outstanding. I plan on ordering...

Amazing selection of pictures and local artist crafts in a beautifully renovated store under new and young management! Christina and her staff is very nice, the atmosphere is great and friendly!
