Tech Monkeys — Local services in City of Saratoga Springs

I bought a high quality $1,200 Epson Color printer for artists and asked Chris to come set it up. He came to my house, said he was unable to set up the printer, and took it with him for "repair". He said if I was patient he would contact his Epson Rep. In Hudson Falls. I was very patient but I started emailing a month later. Having received no response to 2 emails, I called and spoke with Chris. He said he called me (lie) and, unable to reach me, he "recycled" my new printer. He never called, never emailed and now I don't even think my printer was broken. I'm pretty upset about this and he has offered nothing but a reference to fine print (which isn't there) on the $133 service receipt. This old lady doesn't like to be duped. Shame...
