Horrible service and even worse products. I bought a pen from here and it stopped working two days later. I went back, bought a nicer and more expensive cart, they told me I could return it if anything was wrong. I go back five minutes later and say the battery didn’t fit my cart, ask if I could return and buy a new one or exchange it. They told me I couldn’t do either and they only take it back if it breaks. If that’s the case that should be told to the customer upon purchase. All of their batteries are faulty and even have to be checked at the register because they break after a few uses. If you’re looking for a smoke shop in Saratoga, go to smoke n save. The Caroline st store is a fraud and be put out of business. I’ve been coming here since my freshman year of college, and it’s always been one of my favourite little spots. The employees are super laid-back, fun, and easy to talk to. The shop itself feels almost like a mini museum for smoking accessories, which makes it a cool place just to browse around.

Prices can be a bit on the higher side, but the variety makes it worth checking out. They carry bongs, bowls, pipes, incense, grinders, pen batteries, CBD gummies, vapes, lighters, butane, and plenty of other items. I’ve heard they may also have flower (not 100% sure because I’ve never bought from there. Always ask them?).

Came from out of state and decided to stop in and purchase flower. Saw a mason jar with a lot of dried out flower, that didn’t look too great, and I was looking for a smaller amount (pre roll). I asked the woman behind the counter and she gave me a box of prerolls that turned out to be THC-p? I asked again for clarification on the item, and she reiterated it was weed. I should have looked into it further, but it’s not what I was looking for and I was very clear on what I requested. Paid a lot of money for a few puffs of disappointment.
