francesca's — Local services in City of Syracuse

Wish I could give zero stars. Incredibly rude employees, massive attitudes, pick problems with paying customers. LAUREN decided to rip a product out of my boyfriends hands as he was making an exchange (after rudely being told we were not getting money back for their product breaking 5 minutes after buying), she slapped a receipt in my face to sign it and when my boyfriend tried to nicely explain the situation she cut him off said she already knows all about the situation and didn’t let him continue to speak then had an attitude the rest of the time. Will never shop here again. I’ve never met other employees as rude as the ones at Francesca’s. Truly miserable people....

I love this store so much and was incredibly perturbed when I was met today with a nasty attatude. The employees closed the store 4 hours early for an imaginary snow storm. 2inches in upstate NY is not a reason to close hours early and then be rude to someone being incredibly polite. I then watched the employee return the the counter and pull out a sandwich, chatting with the other workers. If she wasn't as rude to me as she was, this would be a very different review. Its just sad this happened as this was one of my favorite...

Atmosphere ( music ) is much to loud at 5:30 for dinner, was advised by waiter “ that’s how it is”. We were a party of 4 and couldn’t even talk/hear each other. Main server was rushed and impersonal. Food was good...
