Mr. Shop — Local services in City of Syracuse

Really great experience today. I never write reviews but I wanted to for Mr. Shop. I went in for my first time to look for a blazer. Joel and the two guys who were working were awesome. I didn’t know what I wanted and they showed me some great options. Also got a pair of jeans which are the coolest pair of jeans I’ve ever had. They all come in one standard length and the alterations were free (needed them hemmed an inch or two) I end up buying a lot of stuff at the mall that doesn’t fit right. I wear it a few times and donate it. Big waste of time and money. It was such a huge help having people show you ideas and finding you your exact size. They made it super easy. I’ll need a suit soon and will be back. I bought one off the rack at a department store a few weeks ago. Even though it’s “slim fit”, it’s really not. It doesn’t fit well at all. The jacket bunches up at the top in between the shoulders and the pants are too wide. It wasn’t super expensive but wasn’t cheap either - several hundred dollars. Big waste of money in hind sight. I will definitely invest in a custom suit at Mr. Shop after seeing them today in the store. Sure, they’re a little more money, but well worth it when I think about all the money I’ve wasted on stuff that doesn’t fit right. Looking forward...

Before you rent a suit, consider buying a Tailor made form Mr Shop. From a job interview to a night out on the town I can't say enough nice things about the suit they made for me. It was time for a new suit and this time I decided to buy something nice. All of the Turning Stone management I asked said "Mr Shop". I made the appointment and they were amazing. This is my first real suit and the choices, options etc were overwhelming but they spent as much time at I needed and were very meticulous not only answering but also explaining everything as we went. When was all said and done they told 4-6 weeks. I think it was 3 weeks later and my suit, and custom dress shirts were ready. Went out for the final fitting which went quick and a few days later I had my suit. I am very pleased and the feel of a suit that was made for body type is so nice compared to an off the rack suit. You don't realize it until you put on the custom suit and everything fits like a glove but also lets you breath without your pants falling down. I highly recommend My Shop. And I will be back for...

I needed a suit for an upcoming photo shoot that my wife and I were doing for our 10th anniversary. I had never owned a suit before and was very unsure of how to go about picking one that I looked good in. I contacted Mr. Shop and from the very start I felt more comfortable. Everything was customizable. The delivered and beyond on every thing they said. They assisted in choices yet made sure my opinion was the main focus. In the end the pictures came out better than I could have ever imagined. Worth every penny. We dealt with Jordan for the majority of the experience, and he knows EXACTLY what he's doing. Besides being friendly and welcoming. Everyone else we met was just as amazing. I'm not a rich man, I work 50+ hours a week, and live paycheck to paycheck...but this place made me feel like a million bucks. Thank you guys so much for helping make this experience a memory I will never forget. You need a suit, I can think of no other...
