Updates: I received a nasty response from the owner or person responsible in maintaining this Google page within hours, they haven't even responded to other people with similar complaints. I am very aware that I am top 10% of reviewers in Syracuse and they should be taken seriously. I do not lie, I uplift businesses. Bad business and food quality should be called out. I will be following up with the City Health Department to further my medical documents and do not plan to engage with rude and angry owners. Check the photos for their unacceptable comment and also other people poor food experiences from Grubhub. I highly recommend checking the reviews on DoorDash, Google, Yelp and other services as they all say the same thing. This restaurant clearly could have inflated their ratings. The honest ones are consistently disappointed in the taste of the food. I got extremely sick from the food. Like raging sick. It tasted bad but now I know why. Food was average. Service was horrible. We went around 8:30 pm after being told by the waitress that they close at 9:30 pm. The waitress took the order and messed up the order. We eat without complaining. Then another lady walks out telling her they messed up our order ( very audible conversation pointing fingers at us at this stage). To this, she respond about us “ they already paid for their order so don’t bother about the mix up, they can eat what they have”. We are annoyed at this point (8:54 pm). A guy walks out and tells that they close in 5 minutes to which we responded asking why they decided to close 30 min early as we were half way through our meals. He walked away without a response. Then they turn off the lights in the dining area. When we told them that they were rude to turn off lights without giving us a heads up about it.
