Had a wonderful experience at the westchester location today. The location is a little smaller than i am used to but the staff was very helpful. Chelsea accommodated me with everything i needed and even found the sizes i needed and offered to order items in the size i needed to be shipped directly to my house in Miami. she checked on me and even checked me out at the end and wished me a safe flight back to Miami. i truly don’t like shopping in person cause it can be a hassle sometimes but Chelsea made the experience very positive. thank you Chelsea and to Aritzia for hiring sweet thoughtful people to service...

Zachary and Maya were so helpful with me in the store. I had originally purchased an Aritzia super puff Shorty jacket, but ended up wanting to exchange for the long puff version. I saw a woman wearing a great full length puffer vest/coat in another store and asked her where she got it. She told me Aritzia - in the same mall.
