I am never booking a hair appointment here ever again. I booked an appointment for a blow out that I wanted to get before a photo shoot I was having a month before the event. The night before I got a reminder about my appointment so I was ready to go. When I arrived at this Ulta location the stylist who received me asked what time my appointment was and who it was with. I let her know my appointment details and she looked at her computer for a while. That's when I knew something was wrong. She told me that I was booked with her and that she can't take me because she is already working with two clients. Confused I asked who was going to do my hair and reminded her that I was time pressed because of an event. She asked me to sit down in an open chair as she tried to troubleshoot the situation. Her solution was to put me with another stylist who already had someone she was working on and without asking me moved my appointment to 30 minutes later. Annoyed with the lack of service and the total disregard that I had booked an appointment a month ago and had to be somewhere at a certain time I told her to forget it and left. Thankfully I was able to find an appointment at another place nearby that could take me in 10 minutes. This is the worst customer service I've had in a while. *Sidenote: Ulta in Dobbs Ferry has a nicer salon and a much more professional staff. Unfortunately they were booked when I made my original...

Such a huge variety of products, everything you could need: skincare, suncare, fragrance, mass and prestige makeup, nail care, hair care, salon and even brows... The only store were I can find my favorite sheet masks, when I don't want to wait for them in the mail.🤩💙✨🧜🏻‍♀️🧖‍♀️💖
All the beauty Advisors are friendly and knowledgeable, they also have some bilingual associates which is really helpful. The testers stations are stocked and clean (finally) and I can always ask for what I need if I can't find it there. OH! and something I recently knew is that if they're out of stock of something you want, or a product that they only sell online, you can ask them for a free shipping card!!! YAY!!! Although I always get free shipping every time anyway, because they have great deals online.🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
I really appreciate that Beauty Advisor that helped me match my Foundation and concealer last week, it's obvious that she loves her job, because they were already closed and I didn't even knew, because nobody rushed me. This girl even gave me a lil makeover, awesome job and team.
You should check @Jade_m_ultasalon she's super sweet, attentive and professional. But honestly just go there if you need anything...
   Read moreThis store is a disaster. Was my 1st time shopping at an Ulta (as a Sephora Rouge member, and Sephora is where I am running back to for all future makeup/skincare purchases). Upon getting home, the box we'd purchased was empty...& the only "solution" provided by multiple Ulta store & mgmt was for me to drive back to the store to get a refund/replacement. Which is not worth the time or distance, but Ulta refused to send a gift card or replacement, which is ridiculous. Not to mention terrible service. The person at the store actually told me this was not her responsibility to fix for me when I called. Shopping in-store was totally inconvenient as we had to chase around the person w/keys to the perfume case (who was waiting on long line of customers) to get access to a tester....and then repeat same long process to actually buy the perfume once we decided. There was a sulky employee at the door (who didnt even say "hi" back to me when I said it to her) so to then spend $150+ to receive an empty box of product which Ulta puts the burden on me to replace taught me a valuable lesson. My and my teenage daughters future purchases should never be made at Ulta again....
