I'm Very displeased with the quality of work boots that you sold my son , he has spent alot of money at your store . Less than 3- months after he bought his work boots ,the bottoms ripped and shredded, and left a big whole in the bottom of both boots . When you spend that kind of money on work boots, you at least expect them to hold up for 1-year. If they are a good pair of boots they last 2-years I feel bad because I myself have spent a lot of money at your company, I did shop at the Greenwood area store. (Over the years) I bought my work gear from your company. I recommend the store to him for his work gear. Besides purchasing his work boots he has bought lots of other clothing ( boots, belt buckles, shirts Etc) I feel if he would wear the other boots he bought as much as the work boots they would probably break down also. They were even more expensive than the work boots, he only wears them on special occasions. He was proud of the stuff he had purchased from your company, telling everyone to go check out your store. ( And me as well but not know more ) last weekend he had to break down and go Rule King and bye a pair of Wolverine work boots. I'm due for a new pair of work boots, I guess I'll be looking for a new place to shop for my work gear...

Cool black guy came in to try to return a pair of work tennis shoes that were very used and coming apart. You get what you pay for. Dude didn't even have a receipt! There was no way the manager was going to do anything for him... My husband and I went to the register on the opposite side to check out. We had a coupon and the manager wouldn't accept it. She claimed my 10Lb boots I wanted to purchase were not work boots and that the coupon only covered work boots. I invited Manager Pretty Boots to come work my farm for 1 day and she could just let the horses & cattle help her become educated on what a work boot is. She had her ego stuck so far up against me, black dude got forgotten about and ended up being given a brand NEW pair of his shoes for FREE😂👋❗Hey, just saying, get to know boots, you will find that pretty boots can't get the job done. Guess ya lost your balance while you were working your ego Manager Pretty Boots. OH and the $40 belt I bought...got home took it out of the bag and the sparklings started falling...

I had a terrible experience with the manager at this location. I ordered online and set this as my pick-up location. I called one day to see if they had arrived (the shipping website said they had), someone answered the phone and said very angrily that I would get a call when they were ready, like I was supposed to know that already. The next day I get an email that they had arrived and I was in the area and thought I'd go ahead and grab them. When I asked, the manager said, "well did you get a call?" I said, "no but I received an email", she said, " well if you didn't get a call then they aren't here." She huffed and stormed off. I heard her talking to an employee saying that I called the other day and you could tell she was just annoyed that I was there. A few moments later, another employee says that she has my package whenever I was ready.

She disappeared after they miraculously had my package. I don't write reviews but she was full of attitude for no reason. Love the clothes but I won't...
