I walked in this store and was not prepared for the AMAZING QUALITY of store items to choose from. Everything from home office chairs to garden decor is quality. I was not even 100% sure that they would have what I was looking for: the ever hard to find CLOTH office chair (because I have cats). Well, they did! It's a gorgeous gray linen. I love it. No more shredded leather for me! If you enjoy shopping at Target or Hobby Lobby: you are about to be converted. No store can touch this quality of home decor in this price range. The general price median is around $75 for smaller projects (New throw pillow theme anyone? How about a personalized café center next to your Keurig?) to $1500 for living room makeovers. I want to start off by saying Carol, the cashier, was the loveliest lady! She signed me up for the perks rewards account and we had a lovely conversation. However, her coworker, Jamie, was very condescending when it came to a discount sign they had. The sign stated "Buy one get one 50% off ALL Office Organization" which was wonderful for a college student like myself. I got close to $100 in storage containers just for Jamie to tell me they were "Office" but not "Office Organization". Therefore, I would receive no discount. She continued to belittle me pointing further down the aisle and saying "If we wanted those bins to be on sale, we would have put the sign there", even though the sign was in the aisle with all the organizational containers. I am very disappointed in my experience and hope action is taken to ensure future customers are not treated as children. We returned a cool antler door hanger because our doors won't close with it on them. They said it was a Christmas item and would only give us half our money back. While I was waiting in the only cashier line open my husband was shopping and found multiple things he wanted. But, if you can't trust them to take something back if it doesn't work for you then I can no longer give them my money.
