We went for breakfast Saturday and was there before 9am. More than half the bar was lunch food. The part that was breakfast only had one tray of bacon that was somehow not fully cooked but had burn marks, the sausage links were not fully cooked and tasted like someone threw them in the deep fryer for a few minutes, the scrambled eggs were overcooked and there really wasn’t much to choose from. There was a male and a female working at the egg station and the male was the rudest person I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He was rude to everyone, including his coworkers! He spoke down to me as if I were a child he was scolding. All I did was put ingredients in a bowl for my omelette because that’s how it’s always been done at every buffet I’ve ever visited. He began lecturing me in front of a crowd of people waiting on eggs and accused me of trying to ruin his pan by adding cheese in the bowl. He held up a pan and said, “Do you see my pan? You’re trying to ruin my pan by adding cheese to these ingredients, why would you want to ruin my pan, huh? Why would you do that when you aren’t even supposed to touch any of this?” All while moving his hands theatrically over the ingredients and putting on a show for the crowd while trying to humiliate me even after I apologized. I didn’t know touching the ingredients that were on the outside of the bar set up for the customer to choose their items would set this man off. We’ve visited this restaurant more times than I can count over the years but we will not be returning until I know this man is no longer employed. His rude and unnecessary behavior ruined my morning and I’m surely not the only person this individual has attacked. I watched as he interrupted two female coworkers speaking spanish by getting in between them and loudly repeating, “In English, No Espaniol, Only In English.” He’s an embarrassment to this restaurant and shouldn’t be allowed to work in any position that deals with...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Birthday Catering Experience That Went Above and Beyond!

I had an amazing experience with Golden Corral for a birthday catering event! We had to make unexpected changes just 24–48 hours before the party, and thanks to Jacob, Tony, Bill, and the whole team, everything came together perfectly.

From the first phone call, the customer service was top-notch. Jacob and Tony were incredibly patient, genuinely listened to my needs, and offered thoughtful, spot-on suggestions for our menu. Their professionalism and kindness made what could have been a stressful situation to coordinate from out of state, feel easy and even enjoyable.

What stood out most was how well this team communicates and works together. No matter who I spoke with during follow-ups, they were already up to speed and completely attentive to our needs. That level of internal coordination is rare and appreciated.

We decided on the fried chicken, pulled pork, baked beans, green beans, mac and cheese, and of course, the delicious rolls. The food was hot, ready on time, and packed securely; they even helped me load it into the car. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good everything tasted. There was more than enough and everyone took to-go plates!

What could’ve been a stressful situation turned into one of my best experiences visiting Indiana and it all started with a call to this Golden Corral. I hadn’t been to one in years, but thanks to this incredible team, not only will I be visiting my local location back home, I’ll definitely be coming back to this one next time I’m in town.
