WARNING warning warning warning don't buy anything to go our family Christmas was 100% big disappointment i just suffered a heart attack I spent a few weeks in the hospital I had to learn how to walk and talk all over again our daughters new thair mom and i went through a lot with me being in the hospital our daughters wanted to make it easy on mom so they went to bob evans for a big family party meal and she ordered a few pies one apple pie had know filling in the center the pumpkin pie looked like it was dropped on the floor and thrown back in the pie tin there was hair inside the food black hair and look like someone was brushing there hair or playing with there I called the home office I emailed the home office and some of the emails failed they was fake ya fake like the meal our daughter spent good money on I called the store manager and she said our number and call back information must have gotten lost ya sure bob evans is going down hill fast I asked the manager to remake the order or refund the amount to our daughter she said that she would call me back but guess what know call back well they are not going to like my 4 million followers on tiktok hearing about this issue and i am posting it on social media and social x and Facebook and utube so check your take out and dine in for hair they even forgot about the rolls like my daughter asked to make sure she gave the girl a sweet tip well here is the tip of the day if you eat here run run forest run because you will be eating hair and god knows what else our friend use to work at this location and she said that it a very dirty kitchen she said thank God we didn't eat the food because the whole family would have been sick well we had to eat pizza well we should have gone to cracker barrel that what my wife said they are a awesome place and very clean and they care about the customers so don't eat here RUNRUN FOREST RUN warning warning warning warning warning I got a phone call from the bob evans district manager and he said that he was sorry about the experience with bob evans and i told him that I spent over a month in the hospital and our daughter was trying to help out her mom and the family by placing a food order with bob evans but there was hair and know bread rolls and when they put the food inside the container there was food all outside the container and she got two pies and it looks like someone dropped the pie on the floor they offered me a gift card I said know because after a hole month of emails and phone calls and having hair in the food I don't trust it and after seeing other reviews i just don't trust bob evans farms because of my experience i told the district manager that I spoke with my family and our family is asking for her 127 dollars back and her money back for one pie and he said that he would call us back well know refund nothing shame on you bob evans farms stop lying to customers warning warning warning bob evans farms manager will not take care of you they will just keep lying to you ...

Read moreWe went to one Bob Evans by our hotel and was told BEFORE being seated that they were down to one waitress and there was probably a 30 minute wait for food. We told her thank you and that We were going to head home and find one on our way.
We call one 20 minutes away on the way home and they told us "yeah, come on in"
We get there, get seated, order drinks and order food then we were told THEY only had one cook. We already were seated and had drinks so we stayed.
We were there about 45 minutes when she brought out our syurp, butter and jelly. She refills drinks and walks away. Since our condiments were brought out we assumed we had about 5 to 10 more minutes before food. Not the case. When she came out again (now a little over an hour) we asked her how much longer did she think before the food would be ready? We just wanted to know. The waitress got really nasty and said "I TOLD y'all we were down to one cook" to which I said "we JUST asked a question, my aunt wasn't even nasty about it, just curious"
We were there for almost an hour and a half. For me it was the waitress attitude and the fact that the whole time we were there they kept seating people. Not telling them the circumstance for them to make their own decision about staying or leaving.
My aunt went to the bathroom at one point and said our waitress was arguing with the cook, who I can only assume was ALREADY stressed out and under pressure.
I get things happen, I was a manager for a popular pharmacy chain so I get call offs BUT I definitely would explain the situation to my guest prior to them being seated and served drinks and now in a situation to feel they need to stay.
