If I could leave negative stars, I would. My mother and I went in with my father on 8.27.22 with the hopes of finding him a blazer/sport coat. There were two young men working. One was with a customer and it was unclear if the other was chatting with friends or was with customers. After one employee was free of a customer, he seemed to wander around with no apparent agenda as we were clearly searching for sizes, etc. After several minutes, he walked up to us and asked if we had been helped and acted (and sounded) as though it was an annoyance to him to have to ask us, plus he didn't even look straight at us. He started to "help," then just walked off when the other employee was free of customers. They then proceeded to talk about previous customers in an inappropriate manner. My father asked him for help, which he responded they didn't have his size. At this point my father had realized he needed a different size, which the employee would have known had he not wandered off, swinging the measuring tape he had in his hand. My father asked about other jackets in the store; by this point all three of us were so disgusted by the service and disrespect in the store, none of us would have spent money there (I would also like to point out there were racks falling down). The way the store looked nor the way we were treated by the employees were a good representation of the brand. We went across the street to Dillard's, where we were greeted with smiles and kindness; the kind of customer service that creates repeat customers. We found what we needed in a very short time and were very grateful. We will never return to Men's Warehouse, nor will we recommend...
Read moreMy first visit here was a very positive experience. I cam in looking to purchase my first suit in probably 20 years. The only one I own previously is my "funeral" suit which was an off the rack suit I bought from another retailer long ago. Back then I was young and didn't know what I was doing and got no help from anyone at that retailer. Today, however, was fantastic.
When I arrived I only saw one person working and they were helping a customer that was there before me. So I decided to stroll around, not really sure what I was looking for. While the employee ( I believe his name was James?) was helping the previous customers, another came in after me. Once the previous one left, he made his way over to me to help without me having to ask. I said I was still just browsing and he could help the other person that came in after me because I didn't really know what I wanted and he insisted that he help me since I came in first. So I explained my situation, that I was looking to purchase my first suit in a long time, and the even it was for. I then showed him a special tie that I was wanting to sort of "build" the suit around and he got right to it. Took my measurements, offered his suggestions and found the best pieces to fit me. As I was trying them on, he proceeded to help others as they came in, but always came back to me when he was finished. James was very good at his job. Very helpful and informative and managed the customers very well as they came in.
I ended up purchasing a three piece suit, that is getting some alteration. I'm very pleased by this experience and hope to do business there again...

Horrific service & quality. Got married in June 2025, and went to this location a year prior to pick a suit for my big day. Upon arrival, we had nothing but issues. I rented a tie, vest, and button down shirt. Purchased the coat, pants, and shoes. Had to go back MULTIPLE times because they were unable to keep proper track of my order. Nobody and I mean NOBODY had any understanding of what was supposed to happen. Once we thought we had this figured out. I came to pick up all of my items 3 days before my wedding. What do they tell me? “Sorry, we never put the order in”.me and my fiance tried to ask for solutions and ways to solve this issue but we’re just met with dismissive attitude & lack of caring from the store manager.
We were in disbelief. They told us they could do nothing, with the manager stating “what do you guys want me to do about it??” In a sarcastic tone. we had to beg the manager to call other stores just to see if there was anywhere that had colors similar to what I ordered. The manager was absolutely AWFUL, zero empathy, did not care one bit about us or the mistakes her team had made. In fact, even stating “this isn’t my fault” at one point. I understand we are a human beings, but in the end as a manager, your responsibility is to be a solution creator. Will NEVER use their services again.
Thankfully, D&K wearhouse took care of me and saved the day with same day tailoring AND a lower price then we would have gotten. Do yourself a favor and go over to the mall and talk to people who really care and take pride in what they do and...
