Order# 13550008 I ordered an Oliva 15 cigar sampler that consisted of three 5 packs for $62. It has been 6 days and it has not yet shipped according to their website. Now the product is $130 and it shows it's out of stock. No one bothered to inform me of this and they will not make any substitutions or just send me three five packs to complete the order with the same sampler. I am now told that I have to go in and place another order for each individual five-pack if I want them and it will cost me more than double. Terrible customer service and why was my credit card charged if it was supposedly not in stock at the time even though it showed that it was. I will be watching close for my refund and no longer doing business with JR Cigars if this is how they treat customers. They also do not put any kind of humidity control like a Boveda pack when they ship cigars. Another serious downfall in my opinion. And 9 out of 10 times the coupons that they email...

Hands down the best selection of cigars in St. Louis, but beware, they will follow you around like a criminal. I stopped in to buy a few cigars and the workers followed me around looking over my shoulder like I was going to steal something. little did they know I was a former federal agent and current college professor.
