Its been about 6 .onths but driving through Cleburne and saw this place. Ineed a co-ax end put on a co- ax cable..Saw this place, walked in and asked if they could put on the connection. Sure, we specialize in that stuff. 10 mins she brings out cable with connection attached. Get to destination in the country about an hour out. Install new cable, doesn't work. Pull it off and discover they had just clicked the cable, exposed the center and pushed it through the connection. They didn't even know you've got to peel back first layer to expose the outer wire then allow space and expose inner cable. Anyone with any known would know this. I'll never recommend them for anything. Too far for me to drive back and explain the difference between regular wire and co-ax. But then received a response from owner. Maybe I was a little harsh. As she said anyone can make a mistake. Had I gone back they would have made it right. But her "Have a blessed day " made me realize I was too harsh. If I'm ever in that area again and need that type of work done I will...

This business is amazing. I broke my phone and at&t in town couldn't help ne and I had to go to a phone store so they could transfer everything from my broken phone to my new phone. The young lady i think her name is Leanne but don't hold it against me was such a very smart and amazing person. She knew so much about phones and was so very nice. It took awhile but with her business attendees and knowledge about phones they are best in the business. I now won't take my phone anywhere else except here. I brought my car to Hook it Up for some electrical work. Something was killing my battery. I already had took it to two other mechanics. One told me it was my battery had those replaced E350 Mercedes Benz has two batteries. That didn’t work. Another mechanic unhooked all my modules that didn’t work. Found out the Stereo installers at Big T Bazaar had bypassed my equalizer so it was still alive and killing my battery. After the technician told me what was wrong and he had fixed I was so happy. I even called the next day to ask if needed to add some new speakers or something. He told me my system sounds great. What a Blessing. Some shops just won’t your money. And don’t care about the customer....
