The very next day after trying on my dress and putting down a $1,400 deposit, I decided that I no longer liked the dress. I called the boutique and was informed that the order had already been placed, so I could come in to try on the same dress, but it was too late to cancel the order. Since I was told it was too late, I decided to keep the dress.

My appointment was on Sunday, September 30th, and my wedding is not until October 3, 2025.I was told I would get my dress in July 2025. Eventually, I concluded that I truly did not want the dress. I called the boutique again and was told that it was almost closing time and no one was available to speak with me at that moment. I was assured that someone would get back to me the following day.

However, I never received a call back, so I reached out to them again to ask for an update. I was informed that they had been busy with other customers and would call me by the end of the day. I felt like I wasn’t treated as a priority. Then, I was told that the designer would not be back until Monday, and they would have to contact me after that.

Three days went by without any communication, so I called again. This time, I was told they had called me and left a voicemail, but I did not have any missed calls or voicemails. I was informed that it was too late to cancel the dress due to it being in production. Now, I find myself without a dress and $1,400 out of pocket. The owner mentioned that I had signed the receipt, which stated that there were no refunds or exchanges. I was told by other bridal shops that the production of the dress could be stopped since my wedding is so far out and I would need to pay a restocking fee. I would have been fine with this but nothing...

We had shopped at several stores before coming here to buy my granddaughter’s Prom dress. The selection was great and the girls were so nice and super helpful. I also liked that this boutique is local and family owned. The prices are competitive and their alteration prices are way more reasonable than other stores. We have hectic schedules so made sure we shopped early. We bought the dress and had it back to them for alterations by the end of Jan 2022. They did advise us they do alterations in the order of the prom dates… but we were not concerned since we took the dress in Jan…way before prom season.

Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 - we had to start calling them about the dress a couple weeks before the prom. They did not have the alterations ready yet. It got down to where my granddaughter only had one day she could physically go to their store before prom to get the dress. She picked it up one week before her prom and they had to finish the alterations while she was in the store! This was what we were trying to avoid by buying the dress months in advance. It ended up working out and my granddaughter loved the dress and it was gorgeous!

I was very satisfied today. I was not even looking for a prom dress. Didn’t think I would need one but I went with my friends to look at dresses with them. Was very satisfied with their selection and I end up buying a navy blue dress that I absolutely love. Can’t wait to come back on Friday to get it fitted. Amazing customer service. Only had to look at five dresses to find the perfect one. I’m really picky I like stuff that’s not very bling and does not stand out from the crowd. We were able to find my perfect dress in only about 20 minutes . The wonderful part about the store is that they have a huge selection. I only had to look at their store and was able to find the one.
