The food is okay ribs and rice are good , wonton soup, egg role etc are not good. The reason iam writing this review is because they have really bad customer service. Went in order BBQ ribs with shrimp fried rice with two other orders for lunch so I can take home to my family. Their lunch service is very pricey, had to pay extra because the bbq ribs weren't on the lunch menu and unpaid extra for shrimp fried rice. I was starving didn't eat all day and it was past 1:00 so I got home and saw that they got my order wrong. They gave me chicken wings instead of the BBQ ribs(the other two orders were correct). So I called them so they can credit the difference in my cc since I didn't get what I wanted and was very disappointed. They said they will deliver me my BBQ order for free. I speciaficalky said multiple times I am not driving back because I didn't have time to and I didn't want to drive back and they said they will deliver it to me. So I said ok fine. In the mean time I tried to wait but was so hungry began to eat the shrimp fried rice and when the delivery guy came he asked me for the chicken wings order. So I told him the truth and told him I can not give it back because I began eating from it. So he said then I have to charge you for the chicken wings. So I said no fine keep the BBQ ribs because I am not paying a cent more. By this time I was upset and no longer eat anyway due to all this. I told him listen just have them credit my card like I originally asked for because I did not request for you to deliver this to me. And he needed to call them because he said that they are not able to do that etc. I offered to call the restaurant myself and then he said no here I will give you the difference I called them already. He went to his car and tried to get all the change he can gathere from his car. Anyway this is too long I will not bore you with the rest long story short, no ribs, did not get full refund and he left without giving me anything. Read moreOrdered shrimp fried rice & they always put 7 wings on top of it last Friday evening. Was so hungry & begin to eat but couldn't finish it all for some reason. I had ate there before & ordered the same meal as I always do. The next day, Saturday, my tummy just didn't feel right so I just didn't want to get out of bed & then begin the diarrhea. They give you plenty of food so I had quite a bit left over and had planned to eat it. After all the signs & symptoms I had, I took it back to receive my $7 refund. It was very full because I couldn't finish it Friday night. I gave it back. The guy who was doing all of the cooking told me to go to Dr & come back with proof. His name starts with a J. There were two guys waiting on their order & overheard conversation. J was very mean & rude & did not give me anything back. Mind you I was very weak, but called the number from the menu that J gave me after being sent away. Manuk answered & I explained everything to him. He didn't understand why I was sent away & told me to come back over there a second time & he would give me some of my refund back. He refunded me $6 and when I asked what J's name was, J did not want to give it to me. Manuk asked him again in their language & I believe he just threw a name out there so I would go away. I thanked Manuk & left. They say you're supposed to buy your meals early & fresh. I am now beginning to believe that because evening food has sat under the lights so long waiting to be sold. It could have been bad shrimp or used shrimp, or just contaminated. I had ate there at least three occasions & never had one issue. I didn't go to the Dr & I did drink a whole lot of water & tummy begin to fill a little better day by day. You can chance it at your own risk. You never know. The zweet and sour chicken was hard and chewy on the inside with burnt, soggy breading on the outside. The fried rice tasted charred, the broccoli was mush. After I declined replacement food, (why wait another hour for food that was not good in the first place?) I was told to pack everything back up so that they could pick it up before I would have my money refunded. I was also told there was no guarantee I would receive a full refund.. that if everything was there the charge would be voided from my card. So, I took the plates from the kids and scraped it back together, as instructed. I set it in the driveway for the driver. The bag is gone.. I wonder how they will determine what my refund will be.
