AlphaGraphics — Local services in Cleveland

I had a really terrible experience working with this Alphagraphics branch getting my save-the-dates printed. Firstly, they had very few paper options to choose from which seemed strange considering their website mentioned lots of paper options for invites. I initially wanted a matte finish on soft cardstock, but they were only able to offer me a high gloss finish which felt very limiting. Secondly, they messed up cutting the trim around the border of the invites multiple times and tried blaming me for sending incorrect files. They also made several comments about taking losses for the amount of times they had to re-print my invites, but never once apologized or offered a refund for all the back and forth driving on our end (which were a result of their mistakes). Each time we came to pickup the invites, the branch manager was very rude and condescending, not only to us but her staff as well. There was a distinct level of unprofessionalism and lack of care on their end. Overall, this was the most frustrating process thus far in my wedding planning ventures and I will NEVER use...

I had a great experience with AlphaGraphics! Our startup firm needed some tri-fold brochures printed for an important client meeting. When calling around, I was told by a couple other places that what I was asking for was impossible or would require very expensive equipment and setup fees from "specialty" printing places. When I spoke with Kim at AlphaGraphics, she told me that our needs were not unusual, that they do this type of work all the time, and she helped walk me through the process very clearly and painlessly. Even better, the quality of their work was higher than what we were even hoping for, and the prices were much lower than expected--particularly compared against the insanely high costs the "other guys" told me to expect. We plan on using AlphaGraphics for all of our promotional printing needs...

By far one of the best printers I have worked with, and I have marketing collateral printed across the country. The entire staff was extremely helpful, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They worked with us on our tight deadline for our conference, and when we had to reprint our programs for an error on our end; they worked tirelessly to get them to us for the start of our conference. The quality is exceptional and even though we are located out of state, we will use them again in the future. I highly recommend anyone looking for a great printer to contact AlphaGraphics for all their marketing...
